Spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless clean home. We felt right at home with all the amenities provided. We loved that there was plenty of seating for our group to relax and eat together. the central location was perfect as even the little ones could walk to town. the beautiful garden was a hit with the kids for an Easter egg hunt. the host was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries. We would definitely book again!
The washer/dryer could have been a bit bigger for our group of 7, as it took quite a while to do laundry. It would have been nice to have a larger one.

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children, staying at West Of The Ness for a short visit. The spacious and beautifully decorated home had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped, making us feel right at home. The central location allowed us to easily walk to the town center, even with the little ones. The gorgeous garden provided the perfect setting for an early Easter egg hunt. The host, Jill, was responsive and provided all the necessary information. We would gladly book again.

The decor was mind-blowing! The house was beautiful and well-kept, with a well-equipped kitchen , and a selection of mugs would have been super helpful. The location was great, with a convenient store and takeaway nearby. The presence of 3 en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom meant no shortage of hot water. It would have been even better if there were a few King-size beds in the bedrooms. The lively atmosphere of the house and the area added to the overall experience. It was fantastic being just a few minutes walk away from restaurants, pubs, and the city centre. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, with each room tastefully decorated and comfortable beds. The 4 bathrooms were a huge plus for our group of 10. The kitchen was also great. This spacious and well-equipped property immediately felt like home. The central location was perfect, even for our toddler. The beautiful garden was a lovely surprise, allowing our grandchildren to enjoy an Easter egg hunt. The host, Jill, was very helpful and responsive. We definitely want to book again as the location was fabulous, close to everything, and in a quiet area.

We got fantastic value for our money! The room was clean, spacious, and full of character. The location was ideal for walking into the city center, and the staff treated us with warmth and care.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider selection of mugs for a proper cup of tea.

I absolutely loved the location of this home - it was so convenient being able to walk into town and enjoy the river walk. The house itself was stunning, with beautiful and comfortable rooms, and it was impeccably clean. The kitchen was well-stocked and even had toddler crockery, which was a bonus for me. The owner was also very accommodating and easy to work with. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
The only downside was that the washer and dryer were a bit small for a group of 7, so laundry took a while.
